Red Ruffle Love

This is one of my latest designs, the Red Ruffle cake. I love its simplicity yet the fabulous impact the red and white creates. I have lots of photos to add because I cant leave any of them out. Gorgeous pictures from Maree at MD Photography. This cake was made for the display at the recent Sunshine Coast Bridal Showcase at Twin Waters Novotel.

Two tier square with a gorgeous diamante clasp and ribbon for the base.

Jess and Wade's White Wedding cake

Jess and Wade chose this gorgeous design which credit must be given to Cake That for the design. The top two tiers are fruit cake and the bottom tier is chocolate mud cake. At the venue edible coloured diamantés were scattered onto the board. I will post photos from the professional photographer when I can get some. 


The wedding reception was held at Lily's at Novotel Twin Waters 




The cake has been wrapped with sugar paste ribbons and finished with a sugar paste bow.

Jess requested her and Wades initials stencilled onto the board with a pearl spray so that it is just slightly noticeable. It looked really gorgeous.
