Dahl's birthday cake was made in these particular colours because he has a George Hincape limited edition bicyle.

Happy Birthday to me!

I love my birthday! Yesterday Feb 17th was my birthday. I cant say I love getting older but im not unhappy about celebrating my birthday.

So this year I got to make myself a birthday cake. I had fun.

It is a single layer Mad hatter or topsy turvy cake. I  baked a choc mud mars bar cake and a white choc mud cake and layered them with chocolate ganache.

Sponge BOB

Earlier in the year we made a Sponge Bob Square Pants cake. It was fun to make and Kaden who was turning five thought it was fabulous.

The best thing about making cakes is the fantastic reactions you get from people when they see their cake.

Wedding toppers

Howdy, a few weeks ago I handmade a Bride and Groom from gumpaste for a wedding cake design.
