Rose requested this design for her 21st birthday cake. It was a pleasure to create this for her.

Its an 8inch extended tier chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache and finished with sugar paste decorations. Rose requested that the cake was high and it was a great idea I think it turned out fabulous.
