Hi Skye,
I wanted to take the time to write you this email to let you know how extremely grateful we are for the fantastic service and overall product you delivered for us on our special day. Our wedding cake was overwhemingly stunning- I couldn't have dreamed of something more beautiful. It was the perfect touch to our fabulous reception room!- and tasted amazing!
It was so easy to work with you- you are obviously passionate about what you do, which is a very appealing character in a wedding supplier! We also found you to be perfect balance of professional and personal- this was important to us when booking as we wanted to feel comfortable with our suppliers.
Tarrant loved his cupcakes as well! We can't wait for our one year anniversary so we can open and enjoy our awaiting caramel mudcake :) I will send through professional photos when I receive them.
Thanks again Skye, I plan to recommend you to all my friends!
I really hope to work with you in the future.
Love Danielle and Tarrant x

The cake was three layers of chocolate mud cake covered in rich chocolate ganache and finished with sugar paste. The twine gave it a very cool rustic finish and it was topped with the most amazing fresh flowers.
Sarah and Stephen were married on the 1st September 2013 at Maleny Manor on a beautiful Hinterland day.
Their photos of their day were captured by

I love how such an elegant cake can have a rustic feel by adding a touch of twine.
The pale pink peony was hand made from sugar paste.
The top tier and the base tier were cherry ripe mud cake and the middle was white chocolate and raspberry swirl.
I was so happy to get such lovely feedback from Sarah following the wedding.
Sarah wrote " Skye it looks amazing doesn't it!!?? But even the pics do not do it justice as you can't taste a picture! You did a wonderful job and we could not have been happier Xxxx"
Liz and Jarryd were married at Weddings at Tiffanys on the 1st June 2013. Their wedding style was modern elegance and this was captured perfectly by their photographer Karen Buckle.
The cake itself was a fruit cake top tier, the second tier was caramel mud cake teamed with white chocolate ganache, the third was a delicious white chocolate mud cake and the base was a rich chocolate mud cake finished with dark chocolate ganache. The cake was then covered in sugar paste icing and finished with ruffled petals and gorgeous soft ruffles of sugar paste.
I received this gorgeous email today from Liz and Jarryd.
"Hi Skye,
Jarryd and I hope you've been well and we wanted to express our heartfelt thanks for the amazing job you did with our wedding cake on the 1st of June 2013.
The day was absolutely perfect and our cake was more than what we ever could have hoped for. Your cake was stunning and exactly what we envisioned. The cake tasted as good as it looked...absolutely delicious!! We didn't expect so much of the cake to be eaten on the night but it tasted so good that several of our guests said it was the best wedding cake they had ever had
The design of our cake suited our theme of 'modern elegance' perfectly and your professionalism ensured that we were completely confident in booking you as our wedding cake supplier.
We will be recommending you to all of our friends and family and hopefully we may come across your cakes in the near future!
We've attached some photos of the cake captured in all its glory by Karen Buckle Photography. Enjoy!
Kindest regards,
Mr & Mrs Whitehead xx "
